It has an open space model with fewer rooms and partitions to make use of natural light in the space. Glass materials are utilized to create an airy space and to allow light to reach many areas in the office. To ensure the suitable illuminance for each functional area, for working areas and meeting rooms, the light is controlled to be varied between 300-500 lux, and it is 200-300 lux for the food court and reception areas.
