Step 1.Application
Make sure you receive a confirmation of your application – note that only applications sent in using the link in the job ad will be included in the process, this is to ensure that all candidates are given the same fair treatment.
Step 2.Receive and select application
At the latest a week after the last day of application, the candidates who best fulfil the requirements will be invited to a 1st interview. Interviews may also be held continuously, which is why we urge you not to wait with sending in your application. We usually perform 2-3 interviews per candidate.
Step 3.Test speciality and Interview round 1
Interviews will include behaviour-based questions designed to enable candidates to demonstrate how they’ve successfully applied the focus capabilities of the role in their previous work or studies.
Step 4.Interview round 2
This is mainly applied for our more senior positions where you will get the chance to meet with the manager’s manager.
Step 5.Recruitment agreement
If you’re being considered for the role, the employing agency will contact you for consent to contact your referees. Reference checks will be completed prior to offering you employment.
